Citizens' Parliament Handbook released PDF Print E-mail

The NewDemocracy Foundation, which provided the lions share of funding and logistical support for the Australian Citizens' Parliament project, has just released a handbook describing how the event was organised.

The main report (PDF 2.5mb) is the definitive summary of the planning that went into it and what happened. There is also a detailed Appendix (PDF 1.4mb).

A video of Professor John Dryzek's Senate lecture in late April about the Australian Citizens' Parliament has been made available by ABC Fora. The audio are also available for download.

Fiona Hollier and Phillip Hart provided an Ombudsman service to the Citizens' Parliament, as experts in dispute resolution. On the final day of the event, Fiona and Phillip interviewed the co-chairs, the organisers and two participants.
